All transactions on fastbet app — including deposits, wagers, and withdrawals — are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The platform does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies. Currency conversion is the sole responsibility of the user if applicable.
Accepted deposit and withdrawal channels include GCash, Maya (PayMaya), local bank transfers (BDO, BPI, Metrobank, UnionBank, and others), and QR Ph. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100 for e-wallets and ₱200 for bank transfers. Processing times vary by method, as detailed on the Withdrawal page.
Deposits must come from payment accounts registered in your own name. Funds deposited through third-party accounts may be confiscated and the associated account suspended. fastbet app is not responsible for delays caused by the user's financial institution or e-wallet provider.
All transactions are final once confirmed. Disputed transactions must be reported to support within 7 calendar days of the transaction date. fastbet app will review disputes in good faith but does not guarantee reversal of any completed transaction.
